Your everyday role will consist in:

· Build and grow a client portfolio through consulting.

· Manage entire recruitment process

· Search and attract of talent for our clients,

· Work alongside candidates and companies in every part of the recruitment process.

· Prospect, call and meet with senior managers and directors in order to generate long-term commercial relationships.

· Generate, manage and enhance consulting strategies to achieve diverse company goals

· Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another, and communicating effectively

· Internally network to build business relationships that can be converted into commercial opportunities


Requirements:

Availability to live in Guadalajara. Bachelor´s degree professional (5th through 9th semester).

Goal-oriented, dynamic, ability to build and grow relationships, and with excellent communication skills.

English oral and written is a must.

Monthly salary $8,000 aprox.
$6,000 of fixed salary + commissions
