About this role:
-Support new products launch strategy, with a specialization in the Courier experience journey.
-Take a hands-on approach by actively engaging in market research to gain a comprehensive understanding of courier needs and identify areas for product improvement.
-Build deep insights through operational tools, optimization initiatives, and most importantly data.
-Understand the current courier base and define who is eligible to participate in the different products.
-Use skills in Excel and other programming tools (SQL) to drive efficiency in operations and solve business problems.
-Design, execute and analyze initiatives, collaborating with different teams to improve key business indicators.
-Balance attention to detail with swift execution.

-Enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Physics, or other related fields at least 1.5 year before graduation.
-Data-driven and passionate about analytics. Master in Excel data processing (formulas, pivot tables, dashboard creation).
-The capability of writing SQL is preferred!
-Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
-Demonstrates exceptional proactiveness and a profound ability to make decisions
-Clear communicator, able to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight key insights.
-Excellent organization and time management skills.
-Proficiency in English & Spanish.
