Job Description:

Development Associate will be supporting Comunal Capital’s various development projects (hotels, residences, homes, land development, housing development, etc). The Development Associate will be a key liaison between design (architects, interior designers, landscapers), construction management, contractors, permitting, admin, finance & treasury functions.

Main Responsibilities:
• Design Coordination
• Project Timeline Management
• Permits Coordination
• Development Budget Management
• Both desktop and on-site work

Location:
• Mexico City and/or Baja
• Travelling frequently between CDMX and Baja

Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration or similar field
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form (Spanish and English)
• Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Very strong follow up/pace
• Experience on working with different type of personalities and professions
