JOB PURPOSE: The Dior Corporate Intern participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with the HR Manager, the Intern supports the organization’s short and long term objectives through day to day administrative and long term project work. Interns across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present plans to Executive Leadership Team.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Kickoff and Identification of Needs
Identify/anticipate the recruitment needs in each market and ensure an efficient and qualitative recruitment process
Sourcing Strategy and Talent Pipelining
Identify strong retail talents in each market; from sales associate positions in key markets to Boutique Managers
Develop a “retail network” of contacts
Mystery shopping - visit the local markets and acquire a deep knowledge of each market specificity and needs.
Ensure Talent Experience is in line with Luxury Standards
Ensure a qualitative recruitment validation process: phone or in person interviews of each candidate, coordination of interviews, reference check, extension of offers and follow-up to candidates
Participate in additional administrative projects as needed
Execute work as directed in an accurate and timely manner
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external groups
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
Strong time management skills and prioritization
Ability to multitask and show flexibility across priorities
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization and the public
Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Comunication or related, 4th semester and ahead.
Advanced written and oral English
Graduation date in December 2024 or later.
Availability to work from 9 am to 2:30 pm.
