At Charles Taylor we are looking for a Business Analyst who is responsible for liaising between business users and technology management
Main Responsibilities:
o Participate on global implementation projects
o Process analysis to identify opportunities of improvement
o Requirements documentation
o Prepare and execute user testing
o Interact with management and attend to meetings with different teams
We require:
o 3+ ears of experience in similar roles
o Advanced english communication skills (written and oral, as the role involves interaction with people located abroad)
o Experience wroking with financial products is a plus
Education:
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
