Position: Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our success and helping clients find the perfect logistics solutions. This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities!

What You’ll Do:

● Engage & Connect: Conduct regular online and offline meetings to showcase our
services and build strong relationships with clients.
● Craft Customized Solutions: Develop detailed proposals tailored to meet client needs,
ensuring they receive the best solutions.
● Negotiate Like a Pro: Lead contract negotiations on terms, pricing, and service
agreements to secure wins for both clients and Carolina Logistics.
● Keep It Organized: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights to inform strategy.
● Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our Sales Development team to ensure a
smooth handoff of qualified leads to Key Account Managers.

What We’re Looking For:

● At least 2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive.
● Experience in the logistics field, particularly in the air freight industry, is a plus.
● A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
● Familiarity with CRM systems to streamline processes.
● Advanced English proficiency to effectively communicate with clients.
