About the position
We are looking for a self-driven motivated Sr. Financial and Accounting Analyst to join our team. This position is responsible for supervising accounting processes and elaborating the financial performance reports of the investment vehicles, complying with regulatory and investor requirements.
This role is key to provide accurate and timely financial information to deliver our investors a complete view of the vehicle’s performance.
Responsibilities:

o Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting processes of the firm’s investment vehicles, ensuring all financial activities are accurately recorded and reported within established regulatory deadlines
o Respond to queries from other internal departments and investors regarding financial results, special reports, and related topics
o Manage and support the external audit execution
o Perform internal audit process and present results, findings, risks and recommendations to senior leadership of the firm
o Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues
o Contribute to the development of solid process controls and support the continuous improvement of processes to maximize accuracy and efficiency
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
o Technical accounting and internal controls knowledge and experience
o Ability and willingness to learn rapidly
o Detail oriented, self-motivated, quick-thinking and adaptable to changing priorities
o Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously
o Excellent Excel skills and ability to thoroughly review information provided by different areas
Experience: At least 4 years in finance, accounting or related
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or related
