Respond to questions on basic HR practices, process and policies, available for Mexico, USA, and other countries, via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, chat, and case management system).
Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees and coworkers in Mexico, USA and other countries and escalate as appropriate.
Fields general, straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.
Educate clients in Mexico of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday, HR Connect, and other systems
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
Continuously create and define process improvement.
