The Operation Planning Specialist in Element Fleet Mexico is responsible for developing and implementing tools and processes that help measure and optimize the products Element offers. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence and leadership within indirect areas.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop tools and dashboards to monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to each Element product/process, such as vehicle acquisition, maintenance, financial indicators, etc.
Identify possible efficiencies and implement solutions for process optimization,
Continuously improve and update tools to meet evolving business needs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights on fleet performance.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards that highlighting operational efficiency, cost and revenue trends, and areas for improvement.
Identify patterns and trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Track the effectiveness of implemented tools and processes, ensuring they meet set targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure operating efficiency.
Communicate findings and recommend improvements to senior management.
Provide ongoing support to the operations team by troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes related to fleet management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor operational plans.
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fleet management.
Suggest and implement new strategies to enhance overall operation performance.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business intelligence, Data Science and Mathematics, Innovation, or similar.
At least 3-4 years as data analyst.
Metrics and dashboard creation and tracking experience
Engineering and design knowledge
Knowledge and Competencies
Office (mandatory): Excel & Power bi
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
